Speaking to Caitlin Clow of the Penticton Western News, Jocsing said “I didn’t expect I would was going to be modelling internationally, but I did want to do this and my parents are always there to support me.”

REPRESENTING THE PHILIPPINES AND CANADA

Before heading off to Thailand for the competition, Jocsing dropped by Manila to pick up a Barong Tagalog. Talking to Iain Burns of Kelwona Now, Jocsing said that elements of the traditional Filipino shirt will give a nod to Canada.
