Three masked suspects robbed a local Filipino store in Edmonton, Alberta, taking off with an undetermined amount of cash.




FILIPINO STORE ROBBED AT GUNPOINT

On Tuesday, October 15, three masked individuals entered Kabayan Filipino Store.

The three suspects approached the cash register, pulling out a gun and pointing it at the clerk behind the counter.

The clerk emptied the register and gave it to the suspects, who fled with an undetermined amount of cash.

Edmonton Police believe that the suspects were in the area for more than 40 minutes prior to the incident.

The suspects are all male, with dark skin.

At the time of the incident, one of the suspects was wearing an adidas hooded sweater with the words “Brothers Through Everything” across the back, black track pants with a blue stripes.

Edmonton Police Service released surveillance footage images of the suspects, and is asking for any witnesses to come forward.
